Whilst training as a Vinyasa teacher, Jessie-Anne immersed herself in the relatively new world of Yin yoga. Her teaching style reflects a down-to-earth warmth and fresh approach. She aims to help others through teaching holistic healing practices that cultivate self-awareness, compassion and the ability to live a life of virtue from your place of truth.
As a performer, dancer, and artist Tess is passionate about the healing nature of yoga. Tess encourages her students to be thorough and patient with themselves in experiencing the beauty of yoga. Tess’s style is focused on the ‘body experience’ pairing all elements of the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional as a continuous process in flux.
Donald has long been an avid yogi having completed the Power Living Yoga level 1 and 2 teacher training courses, Body Mind Life as well as Anusara training, workshops, and alignment courses. Donald continually inspires the lives of everyone he encounters with his strong classes delivered with such passion.
