Whilst training as a Vinyasa teacher, Jessie-Anne immersed herself in the relatively new world of Yin yoga. Her teaching style reflects a down-to-earth warmth and fresh approach. She aims to help others through teaching holistic healing practices that cultivate self-awareness, compassion and the ability to live a life of virtue from your place of truth.
Kaycee is vinyasa trained with a background in professional performing & physiotherapy. She loves yoga for it's ability to transport people into their most authentic sense of self. Kaycee believes that yoga gives us the skills to bring a mindful approach to the way we move through our lives. Her classes are heartfelt, warm, and a steady balance between effort and ease.
Donald has long been an avid yogi having completed the Power Living Yoga level 1 and 2 teacher training courses, Body Mind Life as well as Anusara training, workshops, and alignment courses. Donald continually inspires the lives of everyone he encounters with his strong classes delivered with such passion.
