Whilst training as a Vinyasa teacher, Jessie-Anne immersed herself in the relatively new world of Yin yoga. Her teaching style reflects a down-to-earth warmth and fresh approach. She aims to help others through teaching holistic healing practices that cultivate self-awareness, compassion and the ability to live a life of virtue from your place of truth.
Donald has long been an avid yogi having completed the Power Living Yoga level 1 and 2 teacher training courses, Body Mind Life as well as Anusara training, workshops, and alignment courses. Donald continually inspires the lives of everyone he encounters with his strong classes delivered with such passion.
With a very busy corporate career, Laura was looking for a way to find balance in her life so began practicing yoga seriously after joining Life & Balance's essentials program in 2014. With a solid daily meditation and yoga practice, Laura brings her own journey to the classroom, helping students to find balance, reduce stress and manage their busy lives.
Originally from Chile, fashion designer Valeria is a 300 hours Jivamukti teacher and runs an ethical yoga apparel label called Yogitown. Her aim is to not only train your body, but to educate your heart, your soul, and your mind.
