COMMUNE.Yoga currently offer four by donation classes per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. We also run an meditation drop in class with The Indigo Project on Tuesday evenings. The classes are for all skill levels, offering a great introduction for most whilst offering challenging poses for more experienced students. All classes are taught by highly trained certified teachers who have chosen COMMUNE.Yoga as their way of giving back to their community.

BOOKINGS: No need to book in, just show up 10 minutes before class starts.
MAT HIRE: We have Lululemon eco-karma yoga mats for $5 hire.
WHAT TO WEAR: Something comfy, trackies or shorts and singlet will do.
DONATIONS: Suggested donation is $15. We accept cash and EFTPOS.

MONDAY YIN

Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with stretching poses that are held for long periods of time. A great class to relax, unwind and start to the week right. A great starting class for beginners.

A dynamic class often known as 'flow. It' will get your body moving and is a great to increase strength and flexibility.  Open to all levels, we encourage you to go at your own pace.

Hatha classes are a good place to perfect beginners' poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. The class moves at a slow pace with strength.

Join us for a fun mix of yoga and fun beats to brighten up your day and start the weekend right. We incorporate both Hatha and Vinyasa for this mixed level class.

TUESDAY MEDITATION
with The indigo project

A drop in and relaxed class introducing you to the foundations of meditation. You will learn a new technique each week to assist in building your practice. Followed by a guided meditation by an experienced teacher. Suitable to those new to meditation or those wanting to maintain their meditation practice..
