COMMUNE.Yoga currently offer four by donation classes per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.  The classes are for all skill levels, offering a great introduction for most whilst offering challenging poses for more experienced students. All classes are taught by highly trained certified teachers who have chosen COMMUNE.Yoga as their way of giving back to their community.

BOOKINGS: No need to book in, just show up 10 minutes before class starts.
YOGA PROPS: We have Lululemon eco-karma yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps for you to use.
WHAT TO WEAR: Something comfy, trackies or shorts and t-shirt will do.
DONATIONS: Suggested donation is $15. We accept cash and EFTPOS.

MONDAY YIN
7pm-8pm

ALL SKILL LEVELS

Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with stretching poses that are held for long periods of time. A great class to relax, unwind and start to the week right. A great starting class for beginners.

MONDAY YIN NIDRA
8.10pm-9pm

Yin Nidra incorporates a spoken meditation while you rest in yin moves move. Yin poses are low intensity and ease your body and mind into a state of relaxation and meditation.

Hatha yoga is a good place to perfect your poses and become comfortable with yoga. The class moves at a medium pace with strength however we encourage you to go at your own pace.

A true beginners class where you will be taught the fundamentals. Each pose will be run through each step of the way so you have a grounded understanding that will guide you through your practice.

Flow into your weekend with our most uplifting class. A mixed vinyasa and hatha class. Each pose flows into the next and allows you the time to feel into your body and enjoy the subtle invigorating shifts.
